Costume contests, pet photos, and trick-or-treating! Register to participate in this event and get a t-shirt, goodie bag, doggy bandana, and a trick-or-treating map to collect even more goodies from the communities local businesses. Event proceeds support The NOAH Center’s mission to rescue homeless animals.

We will be there to take free Halloween photos at the photo area that NOAH will be providing. You will get a digital image by email a few days later that you can download and share with your friends!
