Whidbey Wags is the first annual pet parade in Oak Harbor, with contests, freebies and fun. We will be doing FREE Patriotic Pet portraits. Have your pet’s photo taken in front of our American flag background. You will receive by email, a digital portrait to share on social media.

Whidbey Wags takes place July 3rd at Flintstone Park in Oak Harbor, WA from 3:30 to 6:00 pm. You can register your dog to be in the parade.
